Platform availability at launch

Crimson Desert was day-one on Steam, the PlayStation Store, and the Microsoft Store. Console versions run at a locked 60 FPS on both PS5 and Xbox Series X. The Xbox Series S targets 1440p at 30 FPS with a performance mode option. PC players got uncapped framerates and ultrawide monitor support out of the box.

Pre-load went live on March 17, 2026, two days before launch. The download weighs roughly 85 GB on PC and 70 GB on consoles.

No major day-one patch was required for single-player, though a 4 GB update dropped on March 22 fixing a few quest-breaking bugs. If you picked up the game after launch week, everything was already patched.
